When Spring came to Edenton this year, I walked the streets of our lovely town, relishing the beauty of all the flowers and flowering trees that our neighbors have planted. And of course I took some pictures!
Then, reviewing the photographs, I realized they just didn’t — on their own — capture what I saw. They needed some “rendering.” So I set to work creating these “photo watercolors.”
They are printed directly onto fine art canvas, and then professionally wrapped around a wooden frame. Because the image is wrapped around the edges all the way to the back, nothing is visible but the image — even on the sides. They each measure 14" x 21".
I love the rich texture of the fine art canvas. It truly transforms the photograph into a work of art.
One of the best parts of a canvas gallery wrap is that it arrives finished and ready to hang on your wall. That means no need for a professional matte and frame! It comes complete with metal hangers attached to the back.
